We can provide a site design and construction plan that provides the specifics needed to secure bids from contractors for the elements of your plan. This may include detailed specifications. Preliminary cost estimates may also be developed.

The scope of each of these services is determined on an individual basis based on your short-term and long-term needs. Not all phases may be necessary.

A conceptual use plan allows the exploration of alternatives arrangements of site activities and uses.

 

 

 

 

 

The concept plan evolves into the Landscape Master Plan. This phase will contain enough detail to make some reasonable estimates of the cost of construction.

 

 

 

 

The next phase may include detailed construction layout and details for competitive bid.
