Pre-Purchase Suitability Analysis

If you are considering a property for purchase and want to make sure it is suited to you goals, we can conduct an on-site visit with you to help identify the opportunities and constraints present on or near the site. Our principal concern is to identify important soil, drainage, vegetation patterns, and other resources, and how these may impact your goals.

This stage requires that you have a pretty good idea of the major activities you want to do on your land. For example: if you want to have horses, the size and quality of forage for grazing is vitally important. If the property in question is not able to support the numbers of animals you want to have, cost for supplemental feeding will be a continuing issue.
