Consulting Fees

Our fees are matched to the specific needs of each client based on their short and long-term goals. We provide day-rates for short-term consulting and hourly rates for more in-depth plan development.

Typically, projects include a series of phases:

• Preparation of a base map suited to the level of detail the client requires.
• Development of a site use concepts to enable the designer and client explore site issues in depth.
• Preparation of a Landscape Master Plan that organizes site development to meet the client's needs.
• Preparation of construction layouts and/or details to guide the building process. There are different levels of detailing dependng on the clients timeframe for construction, do-it-yourself vs contracted, complexity of designed site elements, etc. Experienced do-it-yourselfers may not need this phase or clients may already have a trusted contractor who knows the work.

We can meet at your site to discuss our services in light of your needs. There is no charge for this initial visit unless you desire that work begin at the time of visit.
